1. Introduction

    1. Welcome to Logis Website. These are the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) governing your access to Logis Website and Logis Application and its related sites, services and tools. By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the  Website and the Application , and before you order any products through the Website or through the Application you represent that you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in relation to your use of the Website and the Application  (the "Agreement"). This Agreement is effective upon acceptance. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement please do not access to this Website, register with or use this Application.
  • Before you may become or continue as a member of the Website and the Application , you must read, agree with and accept this Agreement and Logis’s privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"). You should read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy and access and read all further linked information referred to in this Agreement before you order any products through the Website or through the Application , as such information contains further terms and conditions that apply to you as a user of the Application  and the Website. Such linked information including but not limited to the Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • Eligibility
    1. By downloading and using Logis you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Logis whose Application are acceptable to Logis and who have authorized Logis to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. You agree to waive Logis liability for any future purchase and abide by all of the Terms and Conditions in this Agreement.
    1. To purchase on the website you will need to provide your personal data. Especially your real name, your phone number, your email address, and any other data requested from you. In addition, you must provide your payment details to be current and correct and confirm that you are the person with the bank address.
  • Services
    1. The services provided on the Website and the Application Platform include online shopping of clothing, footwear, makeup, skin care products and electronic products posted by our retailer partners (the "Services"), and related services available to you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Service.
  • Account Registration 
    1. Users may access the platform and services on the Website and the Application  by creating a password-protected account (“Account”). To create an account on Logis simply click Sign In and then Register Now , These are some of the benefits you can get when you sign up with Logis: 
      1. Track your current and previous purchase orders.
      2. Create a list of your favorite products that can email to your friends and family. You can also print your shopping list for added convenience.
      3. Add sold out items to your Wish List so you can see if more stock arrives 
      4. You can save your address and credit card details to shop faster next time.
      5. You can manage your account details and mailing list and choose your email preferences.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself during the registration process. 
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Logis Account details. 
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account and you waive Logis from any responsibilities and release Logis from any liabilities that might arise due to wrongful use of the Account. 
  • You agree to update your existing information to keep it accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if Logis has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete. Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Logis under this Agreement or at law, Logis has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Application  and/or your membership of the Application .
  • Logis is not responsible or liable for any losses caused by yourself or unauthorized use of your account or wrongful use of your credit card.
    1. Logis may in its sole discretion and at any time, make any inquiries it considers necessary (whether directly or through a third party), and request that you provide it with further information or documentation, including without limitation to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments. You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to Logis upon such requests. 
  • Password 
    1. Your account password must be unique. If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions on the sign in page “Forgot your password”. For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email.
    1. Every user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. You are fully responsible for all of the activities under your account. Moreover:
      1. You shall report any unauthorized use of your account. The Website is not directly or indirectly responsible for any damage caused as a result of your failure to comply with this section.
      2. You shall notify Logis of any breach of the confidentiality of your account or any unauthorized use of your account. If you have any issues with your account or need any assistance with your account, then please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team. Please note that we can only communicate with the owner of the registered name with us regarding any queries, modifications, or cancellations  please note that we can only communicate with the named account holder in relation to any questions, changes or cancellation of an account
  • Ordering procedure
    1. When you make your purchase you have allowed us to verify your account, We may ask for any personal, recent or third party data, such as (but not limited to) bank card number or account reports, to obtain confirmation of your identity to verify the authenticity of your bank card and to obtain the acceptance of the bank.
    1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and the products you have chosen in your shopping cart are not reserved until the order is confirmed and the amount is deducted.
  • When ordering any product, please take the time to read, check and confirm the purchase details at each stage of the order and the purchase process shall be as follows:
  1. Order Process:  Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order.  We will inform you by email as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products. Please note that Logis has no control over product availability.
  2. Order Acceptance: The order is accepted when the retailer accepts it. We will send an email immediately upon acceptance.
  3. Order rejection: Rejection will be when the retailer is unable to provide the required quantity or there is an unintentional error in the quantity indicated or a mistake in the classification or price of the product, where we will inform you in the case of rejection of the order.
  4. Order Number: We will confirm the number assigned to your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
  5. Delivery date: The ordered products will be delivered in accordance with the retailer's conditions and within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days after the day on which your order is accepted. and within the period specified by the retailer. The periods specified for delivery are only indicative (the process may take longer during the period of downloads and offers).
  6. Delivery cost: The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you before you placed the order
  7. Delivery signature: You shall sign all orders delivered to your registered address at which point the goods are no longer the responsibility of Logis and that responsibility passes on to you.
  8. Delay in delivery: We are not responsible for any delays cause by an event outside our or the Retailer’s control. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. Please note that Logis aims to deliver all orders within estimated time period provided by the Retailer or the time slot you selected (this may take a bit longer during sale or promotion periods). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
  • By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept that Logis do not accept any return, exchange or refund of the purchased products.
  • By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you acknowledge that Logis is solely responsible for the receipt, delivery and providing of the products available in the Retailer Store for collecting and distribution.
  • Promotions
    1. Promotion codes ("Promoting" and "Promotions") are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash, or be used in other offers. Furthermore, it shall be used at the date of the offers and publication organized by Logis and/ or its partners on the Website. Promotions are subject to certain conditions that you will be notified when these offers are published.
  • Electronic Communications
    1. You agree that we may communicate with you by notification, email or by posting notices on the Website or the Application. All agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Logis requires your agreement during the registration process to send you notifications and emails to inform you of any new changes, features or promotional activities added to the Application . If, at any time, you decide that you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out of receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
  • Amendments to this Agreement
    1. You acknowledge and agree that Logis shall endeavor to give you notice for any amendment to this Agreement that materially increases your obligations or decreases your rights under the Agreement ("Substantial Amendment") in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that Logis at its sole discretion and without liability may make amendments that are not Substantial Amendments without your further specific agreement at any time with immediate effect by posting a notice of the amendment on the Application  or the website.
  • Fees and prices 
    1. Membership on the Website and the Application  is free. Logis does not charge any fee for browsing or contracting service providers. 
    1. The prices on the Website and on the Application are in Qatari Riyal. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted in accordance with the applicable exchange rate.
    1. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time and must be adhered to except in the case of technical error, prices may change depending on exchange rate or for any other commercial reasons, and the price at the moment acceptance of the order will be the same as when ordered.
    1. In the event of an error in pricing up one of the products you have ordered, we will notify you of the error and give you the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
    1. Logis shall not be liable or guarantee that the products offered are free of price technical error, data, or inaccurate description of the product by the retailer or the wrong promotion, which may hApplication en unintentionally.
  • payment method
    1. Payments are accepted by (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (... or by Cash on Delivery.
    1. All transactions are made through QPAY, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Logis is keen to provide security while browsing its website.   All personal information provided by you will be fully encrypted and will only be used to process card transactions which you have initiated
  • If you are a registered customer of Logis, we can save your personal information on our website. This information will be fully encrypted and we will ensure that it remains safe and secure with reasonable protection and will only be used when you want to start a business transaction with Logis.
  • Logis shall not be liable for any refusal of payment by the Bank or any delay accordingly.
  • Personal Information
    1. You grant Logis the right to use any information or material, personal or otherwise, that you provide to us and/or post on the Application  in the registration process, in the feedback area or through any e-mail or by way of any other feature or use of the Application (the "Information") for the purposes of operating and promoting the Application  in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. The purpose of gathering such information, as required or permitted by law, is to:
      1. verify your identity
      2. Improve our service and develop and marketing new services.
      3. Collecting information about your location if certain functionality within Logis
      4. Verification or settle disputes or inquiries.
      5. Compliance with any Application licable law, court order, other judicial process, or regulatory requirements.
      6. Protect our rights, property or safety, including other users of Logis or any other third party.
      7. Enforce our agreement with you and provide support for the provision of our services.
    1. Services may contain links to third party websites or resources. Logis provides these links only as a convenience and is not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources, or links displayed on such websites. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, you acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any third party websites or resources. Logis shall not be liable for any damage to you during the order in the event that your data is obtained by a third party.
  • Use of the Website and Application 
    1. By accepting the Terms you confirm the following:
    1. You have provided us with true, accurate and up to date information in all respects and at all times. 
    1. By using the Website and the Application  you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. We may amend theses Terms and Conditions from time to time on our sole discretion. 
    1. By using the Website and the Application you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of these terms and conditions, including any changes made to them. 
    1. You agree to share your location with the Website and the Application.
    1. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, then you are not permitted to use the platform 
    1. Logis reserves the right at any time and from time to time to update, revise, supplement, and otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions and to impose new and/or additional rules, policies, terms and/or conditions on your use on the Website and the Application . Such additional terms will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Application  constitutes your acceptance to all such additional terms.  
  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and Logis Website and Application  and supersede all prior representation, agreements, statements and understandings whether verbal or writing.  
  • You agree that by entering the Website and using the Application  you will not:
  • Use the Website and the Application  in any way that causes, or is likely to cause or access to the Website and the Application  to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way.
  • Use the Website and the Application  for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any party.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website and the Application  at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these restrictions or if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behavior. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
  • Impersonate any other person
  • Use personally identifiable information about another person without their permission 
  • Violate any applicable international, federal, national, local copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website and the Application , the server on which the platform is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Application  and/or its platform
  • Use the Application and Website for commercial and non-personal purposes, including advertising, profitability, commercial exploitation or the creation of parallel business from resale, transfer, publication or production.
  • Copyright
    1. All content included on the Application , including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video or audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property and copyright work of either Logis, its content suppliers or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws. The compilation of the content on the Application  is the exclusive property and copyright of Logis and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws, and any reproduction, use, distribution or production of the above-mentioned content and without the permitted limit of its use is strictly prohibited and may result in penal or civil fines.
  • Trademarks
    1. "Logis" and related logos, and other words and logos on the Application  or on the Website are either unregistered trademarks or registered trademarks of Logis and are protected by international trademark and other intellectual property rights and laws. Logis trademarks may not be used in whole or in part in connection with any product or service that is not Logis nor in any manner that disparages or discredits Logis. All other trademarks not owned by Logis that Application ear on the Application  are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Logis. 
  • Breach of the Agreement
    1. Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Logis under this Agreement or at law or otherwise, Logis may immediately and without liability: terminate this Agreement for any product and limit your activity, limit or withdraw your membership, and/or limit or withdraw your access to the Application  In the event of a violation of the provisions of this Agreement.
    1. The following will constitute as a breach of the Agreement;
    1. Failing to comply with the conditions set out in Clause 9 above; or
    1. Failure to make due payments on time.
    1. Refrain from receiving the order without a reasonable cause or intentionally obstruct the receipt of the Application lication.
    1. If Logis is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide; or you have been requested to provide it within a reasonable time in order to provide the product.
    1. If Logis believes in its sole discretion that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or Logis.
  • Withdrawal of Access and/or Membership
    1. Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Logis under this Agreement or at law or otherwise, Logis may limit, suspend or withdraw your membership and/or your access to the Application  at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this Agreement.
    1. Logis may at any time at its sole discretion reinstate suspended users. A user that has been indefinitely suspended or had their membership withdrawn may not register or attempt to register with Logis or use the Website and the Application  in any manner whatsoever until such time that such user is reinstated by Logis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you breach this Agreement, Logis reserves the right to recover any losses and damages caused by you to Logis and to take such steps including legal action and/or the initiation of criminal proceedings against you as deemed necessary. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not constitute a waiver of Logis’s right to take any actions with respect to that, or subsequent or similar breaches. Logis does not guarantee that it will take action against all breaches that there may be of this Agreement.
    1. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, Logis without liability may limit, suspend or withdraw your access to the Application  and/or your membership of the Application . We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed / unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
  • No Warranty
    1. Logis provides the Website and the Application  and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, retailer ability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security, accuracy and non-infringement. Logis makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Website or the Application  or that the operation of the Application will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Logis makes no warranty that defects will be corrected or that the Website and the Application or its servers are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. The nature of internet communications means that this Website and Application may be susceptible to data corruption, interception, non-availability and delays. The Website and the Application may also be unavailable from time to time due to repairs, maintenance or development work. You expressly agree that you use the Website and the Application  at your own risk.
  • Limitation of Liabilities
    1. To the extent permitted by law, Logis, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary, including but not limited to, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and the Application , its services or this Agreement (however arising, including negligence or otherwise and whether or not Logis has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages).
    1. If you are dissatisfied with the Website and the Application  or any content or materials on it, we suggest to discontinue your use of the Application . Further, you agree that any unauthorized use of the Website and the Application  and its services as a result of your negligent act or omission would result in irreparable injury to Logis and Logis shall treat any such unauthorized use as subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  • Indemnity
    1. You agree to indemnify and hold Logis and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
  • Disputes
    1. If any dispute, claim, controversy or difference (including in relation to any tortuous or statutory claim) ("Dispute") arises out of or in connection with or in relation to this Agreement, including (without limitation) any question regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity or termination of this Agreement or this clause, or any question regarding the legal relationships established by this Agreement or the consequences of its nullity, then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the Dispute through good-faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends to the other party a written notice of the Dispute.
